Day 1

I woke up very excited today with so many thoughts and started getting to work as soon as I could.  I started a to-do list.  A list for each business separately.  I got on the phone to many companies and the council to find out what I can and cannot do, rules and regulations and all the information I require to get the go ahead.  I have a gentleman coming to visit from the council tomorrow at 10am to discuss further, so I have prepared a full list of things I would like to find out and ask him regarding Project 1 (TGC).  And regarding project 2 (RB), I can proudly announce that I have got the authority to bake and cook from home.   I also did an intensive “Level 2 Food and Hygiene and Safety For Catering Course” which is now hanging in my kitchen.  Was very happy these two obstacles are now out of the way.
