Day 25
Day 25, we are at the end of the first quarter of our 100 Day Journey. In the first 25 days, we have already gone a long way.
- Rimas’ Bakery will officially open on 23rd June and have its first Market Stall on
Saturday 24th June.
- TGC has come a long way from being an outdated annex to a cosy place which is now in its final stages. Credit goes to Reza who had to make sure the kitchen guys, plumber, tiler and everyone else did everything correctly. It was not easy and quite stressful at times. It is always somehow, the last bits and pieces that take the longest, but we are almost there. The website is being written and worked on by Rayan and should be ready soon. I have taken some photos for the website, but hopefully, will have it done by a professional photographer around mid July who will be flying in from Germany. He is actually my best friend’s son and I have known him since he was 18 months old. He now owns his own small photography business in Germany.
- My first dinner retreat will be held towards the end of July, I am still figuring out a date but it will happen. So, yes, I look forward to announcing the date soon.
- And last of all, the Cherry Trees. They are growing well and are looking good and healthy. As mentioned at the beginning, this is the project that will take the longest. We are looking at two to three years. In the meantime, I shall watch them grow into lovely cherry blossoms next Spring, and hopefully, by that time I will have added many more trees with the ones we have now. There will also be a lot of searching into what I would like to do with the cherries and liaising with companies and other businesses.
The Gazebo has arrived today, one less thing to worry about.
Gathering all my bits and pieces for the Market Stall

It’s nice to see how you achieve your aims step by step. Loving the bit about your photographer most. 🫶😍
