Day 30
Day 30
“Hi, how are you doing? We bought your pastries yesterday and we loved them. We wanted to save some for our kids, but ended up eating them all. They were delicious.” I remember this lovely couple at the Market. I was walking into the sports club for a yoga class and met them there. I was beaming away, and all smiles, thanking them. They asked when the next Market Day would be? I went on to tell them, it would be on 22nd July. My yoga class went really well, with more positive energy than ever. When you hear these type of comments, from time to time, it really makes you want to move at a faster pace and do more and more.
I got a call from the Council today to say, now that Rima’s Bakery is open, I will be marked as open on the website. Great!
I wanted to spend some time in the Orchard today, but it was super windy. A part of one of our trees at the front of the garden fell off, so I decided to do a bit of work indoors.
I went online looking at more furniture places to visit. We still need a few more things.
My Business Account is finally open after ten thousand try’s.
I have ordered the products for the bathroom of TGC. And I look forward to receiving them soon.
My parents are coming to visit tomorrow for two weeks, and I will get mum to bake with me. Mum was my Master Chef as I was growing up. From a very young age, I would sit at the table while mum started to mix the cake mixture up. And of course, as you do at that age, you always want to lick the spoon. The smell of her wonderful Christmas biscuits and many other delicious bakes still haunt me in that magical way. They taste amazing.
