Day 58

The last few days have been filled with lots of preparations and purchases, keeping me quite busy. Today will involve a whole lot of preparation and baking for the Market Stall tomorrow. I'm bubbling with excitement. I absolutely love the charming little town where I have my Market Stall. It's peaceful, quaint, and I always find the people incredibly happy and friendly.

It's been really exciting to receive a lot of feedback from people who bought stollen and cakes from the previous markets. I've received a lot of positive feedback and even more ideas. It's been very enjoyable overall. Even when you have to work hard to achieve a particular goal, enjoying what you're doing makes it so much better, and it definitely leads to better results.

So, today, I have a bunch of delicious cakes in the making. The aroma of the baking is going to waft through the kitchen. I managed to get my fruit from the Farmer’s Markets and from a neighbour who was selling those delicious Victoria plums.

I've got all the ingredients for my first trial dinner experience on the 27th of August already purchased. This is another exciting milestone, and hopefully, it will turn out to be a successful and enjoyable evening. I'll make sure to keep all of you posted.

The Tring.Farm Instagram page has taken off really well so far. We're quite happy about that.
