Day 7
Yes!!!! The A to Z Experience For TGC is ready. I have now forwarded it on to Rayan Bannai, Founder of Squared and my son, who has been my rock from Day 1 and from the moment I reached out to him to help me set up my business. I need to get a second or even third opinion on the experience. What will guests like coming out to a small and cosy country side retreat which is not a large hotel or a large B and B, but a very small retreat that can be tailored to the guests tastes and wants and needs. I am looking forward to the feedback and working on any points that need modifications.
Some other good news is that I received an email today to say the furniture for TGC is definitely arriving on the 2nd June and will all be assembled on the same day.
I have started looking at the smaller items needed to make the accommodation comfortable and cosy. The bedding, toiletries, kitchen items, bedside lamps, paintings and a few other things.
One other thing I was looking at today was flowers and plants and hanging baskets for the entrance of TGC to give it that wow look when our guests arrive.
It rained today so all my cherry trees were happy. I noticed a bit of movement in one side of the chicken wired fence we built up around them, so I think we need to build a stronger fence around them as the deer are trying to get in. As cute as they are, I don’t want them eating my cherry trees up. Until tomorrow everyone.
